Submit a project

By submitting any content, including but not limited to scripts, projects, exposés, concepts, or other materials (“Content”), to Terra Mater Studios GmbH (“Terra Mater”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. You confirm that you are submitting the Content voluntarily and on your own initiative for the sole purpose of enabling Terra Mater to consider a potential cooperation regarding the Content.
2. You understand and acknowledge that Terra Mater and its affiliates (collectively “Terra Mater”) regularly receive numerous submissions of ideas, stories, concepts, formats, and similar materials and that many such submissions, and materials independently created or developed by Terra Mater, may be similar or even identical to your Content. You further acknowledge that Terra Mater may have independently conceived, developed, or acquired materials similar to or identical with your Content prior to receiving your submission.
3. You agree that Terra Mater’s use of materials containing elements similar or identical to those in your Content does not (i) require Terra Mater to negotiate with you; (ii) entitle you to any compensation, or (iii) constitute any form of infringement, provided that such materials were independently developed, lawfully obtained from other sources, or involve elements that are in public domain, are not new or novel, are not legally protected or protectable, or were not derived from your Content.
4. You represent and warrant that you own or fully control the Content, and you are duly authorized to grant rights in the Content to third parties, including Terra Mater.
5. You understand and agree that (i) Terra Mater is under no obligation to engage with, acquire, develop, or use the Content; and (ii) Terra Mater may, at its sole discretion, destroy or return the Content and any related materials at any time.
